Google Play Console Developers Account - Transfer ownership

By mistake, I created an account in Google Play Store Developer Console using my personal mail Id (say [email protected]) but I want to access it through another mail id that I created especially for Google Play Store Developer Console access(say [email protected]). How to do so?

2nd : Can I use the same Admob Account for different Google play developers account? is it legal?

You have to create new developer account B@gmail and request for transfer A to B. 25$ will be refunded after transfer.
It is explained in play console help section.
