Google Spreadsheet How to update or change the data of cell

i am using a extention by app helper to get the data using quirey tag i use to find the user number and get the data but i also wants to update the data there is a option but its asking me for colum id , row number how do i get it can any one please help me

I basically wants to update the value when the membership is expired to spreadsheet to ‘Inactive’

can anyone please help me
