Greetings In App

I want to add greetings in my App I mean Good Morning, Afternoon, Evening & Night.
I need help from you guys how to do that

Using the Clock component, you get current hour

If time is between 06 and 12, you open a Notifier saying “Good Morning”
If time is between 12 and 17, “Good Afternoon”
If it’s between 17 and 21, “Good Evening”
And between 21 and 24 or 00 and 06, “Good Night”

Note that those times are only suggestions
