How can i know my submit app link?

It is quite hard to get an app link directly (by visiting every page).
So:
1.Choose theme
2.Choose track
3.Click on Go.
Now search app in this list.
Is there any prize for winners?

I was not even having 1% experience with MIT APP inventor 
, first I thought any builder then I got to know its only app inventor, if there was extra time, then I would do lot of things .
In my app, you can share each other about what you think about climate change, and also have a points system.
The UI is worst right?

It’s my first time for any such competition, so the quality is not up to the mark, but yes I gained so much experience by participating.
