Download google-services.json file. Open it in notepad and copy API key.

Firebase Database | A Guide for Beginners

Thank you all. I got this fixed. In Google Cloud Console. I enabled IAM Service Account Credentials API and went to credentials to generate a browser key. Even though the key is still not shown Web API Key section of firebase, it works just fine.
