You’ve uploaded an APK or Android App Bundle signed with a key that is also used to sign APKs sent to users. Since the Google Play App Signing feature is enabled, you need to sign the APK or Android App Bundle with a new key before uploading.
I think you are using the same api sign key that are being used by another user who uploaded his app in playstore.
Just go to profile preference and change your SHA-KEY
