Help with creating a counter from 0 to 10

Hello everyone, I’m new here and not sure if I’m posting in the right section. I hope someone can help me. I want to add a counter to my app that only counts from 0 to 10, using a plus and minus button. But I just can’t get it to work. Does anyone have any advice?

have you tried anything so for? show us your work. it is easy to suggest with ready made blocks, but i f you show your blocks then we will suggest where you can adjust the code for self learning.
