Anyone can create Hotspot Turn on or off extension for me?

You are supposed to be an “Extension Developer”. What is stopping you to make one?

Extension developers can take a look here for the answer. Using reflection may not be the best solution as the class may be a non-SDK interface.

There was a hotspot extension by @taifun but as you can see starting from Android 8 only apps, which are defined as system apps are able to create a hotspot
