How can I get packages from external storage with taifun package manager extension?

How can I get packages from external storage besides internal storage with taifun package manager extension?
Is it possible to change from internal storage path to external storage path?

If it isn’t possible, what are ways I can get the packages from external storage (aka getting the app list and being able to open them)

Yes I did.

The total variable in the progress block says 200 something packs but I only see like 20 of them. What am I doing wrong?
