How can I make a file browser

I have a question how can I find a file.

Is that what I want to do is that when I press a button that says “open file” open the file explorer and select the file you want to open it.

I do not know if it is understood but you already know how it goes, I press the button - I choose which file to open - and it visualizes it in the app.
