I already did that and the image is being shown to the user but I want to know how users can share that image to external apps like Whatsapp etc without the need for the user to download the image.

No it not possible

Below the image use one button, if user click it with the help of download block you can download it.

If you want to share it, first download it and store it in the tinydb then share the image
