How can make an app

I have created an App like Tinder. But if there are 2 People with name Justin Bieber then How can I make two different.
I meant I give them a Random number as tag or ID and Value is their name. When ListView is clicked it should open a New Screen with start Value - (Their ID). The ID will be only for my use. No one should see the ID. I use ListView for this.
