How do we implement Banner Ad (Google Ad Manager) properly? while we!
don’t have Block Called when Banner Ad is Loaded so we cant use the block called BannerAD-Visible-True
can anybody please help us?

You should leave the banner visible by default and hide it if it fails to load.
