How send text to pc clipboard?

Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to send text directly to the clipboard of my pc using the wifi connection. Do something similar to an application called barcode to pc, in which the app connects with a client downloaded on the pc and when a barcode is detected, it is copied to the pc and pasted automatically. ideas?

I do this by sending text in telegram saved messages in my phone and copy it in my pc using telegram desktop.

This is helpful because telegram sync messages in real-time.
