How To Add 10 days timer from the date of registration

Hi There,
how are you doing? I hope you are well. Actually, the purpose of the message is that I am creating an app in kodular.io. and I want to show the timer of 10 days from the date of registration to the users to join (to make a payment). But I tried a lot to do so. I want to add 10 days time to the registration date in the format of DD/HH/MM/SS. and the timer is in a reduced format.
