How to add a button, that will add text to the text label

I’ve already created a button, that randomize text in the text label. It works pretty good. But I need another button, that join another text (in my case, a symbol) to the text in the label. I know, that just adding a new button won’t help, bc the first button must be already pressed. I also need to randomise symbols that join the text label. How can I do it? Thanks a lot!
