How to add custom icon to One Signal notification?

I am also using Android 9 on Galaxy A8 star.

Yes…It happens…Right now there is no option to enable sound through app. Because until and unless the OneSignal component is set to “Allow Subscription to Messages” and “Allow default Notification Sound” from the developers, Android might not allow the app for these. I have found a block for Allow Subscription to Messages in OneSignal Block. Set it true on Screen1. Unfortunately there are no blocks for sound.

But it’s possible. Yes you heard it right!

Just go to the app info settings. Then-

Show Notification (true) >> Allow Sound (true). Done.

Now you are probably hearing the Notification Sound.

Asset folder should have only one icon file in this case right?

Does not matter. You can put as many asset file as you want. Just make sure you add notification icon of the size mentioned above.

Can you tell me the icon name which I need to put in assets

You can put any name.

Can I save as icon.png

Yeah. You can do that. Just take care of your icon size. That’s it!

Then I need to put “ya” on one signal … Is it right

Yes. Without putting ‘ya’, the icon won’t show.

OK thank you so much

I has resolved this issue with apk editor but I am not able to send notification in background

But one signal always send notification in background. Have you edited the manifest file or some files too?

No but I have used extension of remove app from recent and then I removed app from recents on the Screen1 but app also run in background for 2-3 min
