How to add In-App tutorial and welcome screen

Hello.
I wanted to know how i can add sort of a welcome screen to my app, which appears only when the user
has opened the app for the first time. When the app is opened again, it does not appear. It acts like a tutorial, and only opens the first time the app has been used. Is there any way to do this? I have browsed through the community and could not find an answer.

You may want to use SpotLight component for tutorial in your app.
