I see same topic in past discuss…so thanks to remind…i give a picture that showing device model no…there reached a other device name…and there also a waveing to screen…how to create it…when receive a file for taping…anybody can help me please…

Others Android bluetooth enable device…so how to make it?
You just need to switch on their Bluetooth from mobile phone, and if you want to activate their Bluetooth using your phone that’s not possible until you use a server like firebase to send a value like activate and if firebase data change ask permission to switch on Bluetooth
