How to convert 'dp' to 'percentage'?

I believe every UI should look more or less the same on all devices. So on Kodular, I prefer ‘percentage’ over ‘px’. But on internet the dimensions are all in ‘dp’. How do I convert ‘dp’ to ‘percentage’ ?

Percent varies according to devices,so converting to px or dp does’nt works but you can size all components {in %} according to your device and then make some changes to them to make them look good across devices.
