You are using a paid DeepHost’s extension. Most probably crash is caused by that extension.

Do you set side menu layout as visible?
I made it visible once and then tested it and it’s invisible

Why Don’t you use In Built Component Side Menu Instead of An Extension and specially by deephost
You can create Custom as you want as dora_paz mentioned above example
Just Remove the sidemenu extension block or delete that extension from that particular screen and try to use only sidemenu layout block only
Remove : Sidemenu create layout block of an extension
And remove the the block of Call Sliding layout Show Hide Block
and then Try Again
