The employee can choose either to return to the home screen or to print a PDF. If the user clicks the ‘Create PDF’ button, it will open the ‘create_PDF’ screen, where their details and the answers they provided in the SQL database will be displayed.

You don’t know how to create a PDF or how to switch to the print PDF page ?

For the first question you can find and use an extension ( like this ) or other you can find with a search in the community.

For the second point you need a new screen or a virtual screen (the second is better ) to open with the form you want to covert to PDF.
