How to create a scrollable layout for quiz app?

Hi,
I am creating a quiz app that will display the question in a cardview and cardview will list the option and questions that are being fetch from Airtable.

On right or left scroll/swipe, I would like to load different questions or change cardview.

Please find the attached screenshot for the layout design. I want to display the next question and option on right swipe/scroll.

How can I achieve this? Please help.
