When I attempt to scroll up, the refresh icon will come down and the scroll arrangement won’t scroll up

When I attempt to scroll up, the refresh icon will come down and the scroll arrangement won’t scroll up. Scrolling in listviews seems to work, though.

don’t use scroll arrangement use the default scroll in kodular

These webviewer options aren’t existed anymore. Any help with swipe to refresh?
