I am working on a webview app. When I scroll down the webview It is working just fine. But when I scroll it upwards It refreshes the page without caring about the position of the scroll arrangement. I want to only refresher the page when user is at the top of the webview and tryies to scroll then page refreshes. Kindly Help or suggest any extension that can check the position of the current position of the scroll.
