HI i just wanna ask how do u make layouts like this

well i am trying to take inspiration from apps coz i am not good at that too much

You can create it by putting a horizontal arrangement inside a card view.And in this horizontal arrangement you can put images and label for example.So you get a simmilar ui.

This example you posted is beautiful and clean. It is not one of the most difficult to create. I like this clean and light layout.
