I want to make a simple page which only have content ,neither header or footer or sidebar please help if anyone know it.

You need to change the page model in “Page attribute” section.
Avaible models depend on your extensions on theme.
Look for a “empty” or “canevas” model. You can install elementor page builder otherwise to have the “Elementor canevas” model (completely blank), then you can build your page with elementor
