How to extract colour from image to fit the background colour

Hello everyone i have search a lot about it in community and in the Google but i don’t get any solution. May be my search quarry is mistake​:smile:.
But can any one help me how can i do this.

I want to change the background colour according to image colour. As you can see when the image change the background colour change similar to image surrounding colour. Is it possible to do with kodular. Thankyou
