Is Serial Number and Device ID Same?

No, Serial, Device Id and id are all different

Hello I try to get serial but for some reason I can’t get it. I have read about ask permission on screen 1 but I can’t find out what’s going on. Do you have any idea? Is there any update?

according to the documentation Device Utilities - Kodular Docs

Get Serial¶

A hardware serial number, if available. Alphanumeric only, case-insensitive. For apps targeting SDK higher than N_MR1 this field is set to UNKNOWN.

which means it is only available for devices < Android 8
