How to get option to change name of any video or audio while downloading

how to get option to change name of any video or audio while downloading. please can anyone help its urgent.

on download button click
text box visible
Enter the file name (in the text box)
set.savefileas=the input of user in text box and join your file extension
use start download block.
and you use download title block to get text box value as the download notification title
