How to go to the next Line in an élément of an index

hello, in a csv table list, one of the elements of each index displays a text in a text entry box. how do I make newlines in this text box? knowing that \ n can only be used at the end of each index?

Maybe replace \ n with another character for example _ to indicate line changing and when you want to show data replace _ with \ n

It does not work. Underlines are displayed in thé texte box without return to line
