How to go to Whatsapp from my app

I am working on a project in witch user clicks on a btn he would redirected to Whatsapp app . Actually btn have a Whatsapp channel post link
I am not familiar with activity starter. Any solution…?

Set these values for the Activity Starter:

Action: android.intent.action.VIEW
Data URI: Your WhatsApp Channel link, Contact link, group invite link etc…
Leave Activity Package and Activity Class blank
