How to keep the ratio of splash screen?

So I opened photoshop to design a splash screen, clicked new and then got stuck on width and height. Which are the best settings for a splash screen? So that it won’t get stretched on different devices?

Use image component instead of backgroud or splash image

Well, due to different screen ratios as 16:9, 17:9, 18:9, 18,5:9, 19:9 and even 21:9, an universal splash image is not possible because it fits the whole screen.
Solution is to display a splash arrangement when app starts.
