When I long press Google app icon in Android, I get menu like this (Sorry about the language. I am not using Android with English):
And when I click a menu with a search icon, I move to Google search icon. I don’t know what is its name, but can I implement something like that?

This is called pinned shortcuts and is only supported in Oreo and above versions.
