Do you want to make a leaderboard like Candy Crush which will be connected with Facebook?
If you want to do so, you may need to work with Facebook API, or else you can use Google Play Games service.

You can make a custom leaderboard using online databases like firebase or airtable.
When user make a high score, it is automatically updated to the database.
And it also shows high score at the top.
