How to make images change over device time

Hello I want to know how to make the image or layout can change automatically according to the time of the user’s device, such as in the morning then in the application will be displayed images in the morning as well as during the day and night, can you tell me or do I need to pay for this?

you can use clock component to get current time and check it if its day or night and set image according to that
