Well, if you don’t know how to make an arrangement and some labels in it, you need to learn the very basics first.
To make a custom title bar there’s no special knowledge to learn. You only need to hide the default title bar by unchecking it in the designer.
Then, you drop an arrangement and start designing the title bar any way you want with labels, images, etc.
