How to Remove a row in a List based on a condition

Hi

I am reading a Google Sheet and i am putting it in List views. I am attaching the Images of the Google Sheet and List View that is working. But I want to Filter the list views with a condition. So when I am adding the Remove from list it is giving me error messages. I tried many ways. some of them are listed here in the picture for your ref. I shall be greatful for your help and responses. Thanks in Advance

Can you tell what exactly you want to remove so i can tell the Solution.

I want to list out only the values with owner as Name. Rest should not be listed.
