i want to remove some text from a word for example
if text = EATING:BANANA , then remove text up to symbol : and show only LABEL 1 TEXT = BANANA
if text = PLAYING:CRICKET , then remove text up to symbol : and show only LABEL 1 TEXT = CRICKET

Use text replacement block.

In the first field enter the original text, in segment field enter the word you want to remove and in replacement field enter the word you want to use as replacement (Enter space in your case).
