How to set the height in the blocks section - automatically or fill parent

Good day!
Please tell me! I set the default block height to 0, but if the condition is met, I want to apply the height - automatic or fill parent. How can this be done in the blocks section?

For automatic height use -1

and for fill parent use -2

blocks - 2021-03-09T121937.161
