Hello all I want to ask that if I have some notifications and I want to set then in a motion from downwards to upwards direction.

You can show it sideways by using Marquee option under label component otherwise you can show it with notifier (pop up).
Use Snackbar component
Will it display some text in downwards to upward direction?
