How to Store data from text box with value

I am creating a shopping website application and I am trying to add a function user add website name and website URL yourself in app, and after adding a website user also edit or remove website name and url.
I am using a tinyDB but not to know how to do this in blocks.

Use store value block in tiny db and in tag Give tag whatever you want and in value give that URL and website name
