How to write blocks for button?

I have 50 questions in my app and i want that when the 50th question appears then the next button should not be visible & when question 1 appears then previous button should not be visible.So please help me.I have written some blocks but it is not working.

Replace Label6.Text > 49 with get global QUESTION > 49.
