I followed this guide and I’ve used the same server as Peter did, and it’s been working fine.

Hosting your own TinyWebDB

I made a website at https://www.000webhost.com Just uploaded the files, changed permission of databasetext, used my sample app and it works. This is really a good option to store not so secret text. Pay attention how you put your url in the (obfuscated) textblock. If you forget to put http:// in front of the url the companion app will crash.
