I Have a Premium Account and My app is also Monetized But Still ads are Not showing

My app is approved by kodular but still not working monitization components.

App are not working on Install.

Also Monitization extensions are not working.

###Please Help me to solvethis issue and Give me a reagions for This Error.

Which ads platform you are using ?

seems you are not linked with any ad network. please add Adnetwork for earning purpose. alone Montization components will not help to earn. thanks
