Provide more info, what is your app, what extensions etc. There are also other posts about this so you can look through those to see what info might be helpful to provide (and maybe a solution)

Open with 7zip and check up is there any project within project
Most of the yail compiler I noticed due to P-I-P
Delete the extra folder and re-upload then compile
no extension
