I paid for the monthly plan and it's still free! Please help me!

I paid for the monthly premium for Kodular and only in my My account I am listed as Premium, but when I go to Creator, I am listed as Free. I have tried to contact support 3 times and they have not answered me. I don’t know what to do anymore.
