I paid for the premium subscription in kodular and my account has not been activated yet.

2 days ago I made the payment of the premium subscription in kodular but they still do not activate my subscription, I have tried to contact them by all means but to date they have not activated my account. Have they stolen my account? is there any problem? My bank account registers the successful payment of the subscription.

kodular is facing some issue regarding premium payment, they are working on it

It is sad that a platform so widely used by many has this type of problem. Now I am unable to work because Kodular does not activate my account. I will have to start looking for another provider, this type of errors are a problem of the platform and at no time should be a problem of the end user.
