I saw that kodular launched a premium subscription model where they are only taking commission from google ad manager, is this true? When I looked at the docs, they are showing all kinds of commissions even though on banner ads.

Can anybody please help me with this?

Kodular has a monthly fees of $3.5.
If you wish not to renew your subscription after using the Ads, they will charge comission, which can charge you upto 59%!

If I keep my subscription active, then there is no comission?

The commission would still be there but you would get unlocked benefits like unlimited projects & unlimited extension per project.
You would also be able to import Monetization extensions.
