I want Display Data From airtable table to Kodular App in Table Rormat

Hi am creating app for geeting blood donors and display their details in my app.

I created Form in screen 1 with details like Name, Age, Blood Group, City.

Now i want to display these data in a table structure. I dont know how to use tableview extension.

Please give kodular blocks to display data from airtable in table format.
